We started our STEM lesson A Work in process: Improving a Play Dough Process by looking at what is an engineer and what is technology. After discussing their thoughts we recorded them on an anchor chart. We then discussed what they thought chemistry was and what would a chemical engineer do for their job. We continued to record their thoughts on our anchor chart.
