I am so excited we started our study of matter today.  We spent today reviewing from first grade about the 3 forms of matter. Then we took a closer look at solids today.  They were given a bag of solids and they had to brainstorm properties of the solids they were given.  They recorded their properties in word mover.  Check out their observations and a work sample.
